These terms apply when you use Rispa. By creating an account you agree to them.
Rispa answers WhatsApp messages sent to your business number, answers questions from the information you give us, and takes bookings. It runs on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and uses AI to generate replies.
A WhatsApp Business Account and a phone number you are entitled to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us — your assistant repeats it to your customers.
Rispa is an automated assistant. It can make mistakes, misread a message, or be unavailable because of an outage at Meta, at our hosting providers, or at our AI provider. It escalates to your team when it is unsure, but you should not rely on it as the only way your customers can reach you.
You must not use Rispa to send unsolicited marketing, to break WhatsApp's own policies, or to give medical, legal or financial advice.
You keep ownership of your business information and your customer conversations. We process them to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Where your customers are in the UK or EU, you are the data controller for their information and we act as your processor.
We aim to keep Rispa running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend an account that is not paid for, or that is being used in breach of these terms.
Rispa is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will give notice by email before it takes effect.
